We produce hard bait, soft bait, frogs, metal jigs(zinc/lead/tin-bismuth/aluminium), chatter baits, spinner baits etc.On 2021, our monthly lure output volume is about 300 000 pieces of hard baits and 300,000 packs of soft baits.We are honored to be selected as stractgic suppliers for some world-renowned brands from Europe,Japan, America.

About our inflatable products manufacturing ability:

Located in Weihai, China,our inflatable products workshop is engaged in manufacturing inflatable paddle boards,inflatable boats and air tracks.We are not only a traditional manufacturer, but also a creative designer with global aesthetic vision in the outdoor products industry.With above 8000 square meters plant, our monthly output exceeds 30,000 pieces.And we are honored with many patented products that exported to over 20 countries.

With years of expertise and experience,we have set up our standard QC system to regularly test raw material, air leakage, gluing details, board decorating, accessories performance to ensure the product meet our highest standard of quality.

On the first stage of production, we cut the drop stitch and apply various printing techniques according to production chart.Next, our QC will check all pattern details regarding printing finish, colors, pattern position and size,etc.Following up, we will glue different layers of PVC around the rails of drop stitch, and our QC will check different connection parts to make sure they are all glued nicely and firmly.

Afterwards, we inflate all the boards into 15PSI and airbrush each board`s rails with soap water to check its sealing performance.And after 24-48 hours, we airbrush soap water again to ensure that the product is no leaking air.

Finally, we add handle, EVA pad , D rings and Fins.And workers will use pressure machine to even out the surface.Before packing, our QC staff will have a general inspection .
